How to allow pop-ups and open a letter or decision in MyTax
When you open a tax card, decision or letter in MyTax, it will open in a new tab in your browser or as a separate PDF file.
If you cannot open a letter this way, you’ll need to allow pop-ups in your browser and try again. Please note: When you try to open mail with a social media browser – meaning a browser software inside your social media application – there may be a malfunction.
