Ask us on social media
You can use our social media channels to ask general questions about tax matters.
You can reach our taxpayer advisors on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn between 9 am and 4 pm from Monday to Friday. On Instagram, you can also send us private messages. However, in personal tax matters, we recommend that you log in to MyTax and use its messaging feature, as we cannot access your personal tax information on social media. Do not submit your or anyone else’s personal details to any social media channels. This includes information such as online banking codes, bank account details, and personal identity codes.
The Finnish Tax Administration never requests personal details from you on social media or by email or text message.
