Maintenance breaks and disruptions affecting the Tax Administration’s services

This page lists the planned maintenance breaks or other exceptional situations that may affect the Tax Administration’s e-services and customer service.

We will add information on upcoming maintenance breaks on this page as soon as they are scheduled. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the breaks.

E-services

MyTax

  • From Saturday 16 May 6.30 am to Monday 18 May 8 am: MyTax is down due to a system upgrade.

Ilmoitin.fi

  • Wednesday 13 May 2026, 7.30am to 8.30 am: Ilmoitin.fi is temporarily down for maintenance.
  • From 16 May at 7 am to 17 May at 5 pm: Finnish Tax Administration’s system update. Notifications can be submitted normally during the update, but they will be processed by the Tax Administration only after the update. The arrival date will be the date of shipment. 

Palkka.fi

  • From Saturday 16 May 6.30 am to Monday 18 May 8 am: MyTax is down due to a system upgrade. In Palkka.fi salaries and wages can be calculated and reports submitted to the Incomes Register normally but the information will not be transmitted to MyTax until after the break. During the downtime, you cannot use the Palkka.fi service to retrieve information, such as employees’ tax card details, from the Tax Administration’s system.

Vero API interfaces

  • Production environment
    • API interfaces will close on Saturday 16 May at 7 am because of a system update. They will reopen again on Sunday 17 May by 5 pm at the latest. 
  • Testing environment
    • Starting on Friday 15 May at 5 pm and ending on Sunday 17 May by 5 pm at the latest: API test environments will be out of service because of a system update.

  • Production certificates:
