How to submit the deed of estate inventory to the Tax Administration

Submit a photocopy of the deed and the enclosed documents to the Tax Administration within 1 month of the estate inventory meeting. You can submit the deed electronically also when you are managing inheritance taxes on the behalf of someone else.

For the needs of the Tax Administration, one photocopied or scanned example is sufficient.

We store the estate inventory deed and the documents enclosed with it in an electronic format, and we destroy the paper versions, if any.

The Tax Administration can use automated decision-making when resolving your tax matters. This means that we can make decisions partially or completely by automation.
