How to view payments made and refunds paid in MyTax

  1. After you have logged in to MyTax, click the link Payments and refunds made in the Payment status section on the home page.

  2. The Payments and refunds used for taxes table specifies the payments and refunds that have been used for taxes, or any other crediting transactions. Click Details on use to see an itemisation of how a specific payment has been used.

    Click the Transaction search button to search for transactions of a certain time period or tax period.

  3. The Refunds to taxpayer table shows the refunds paid to the taxpayer, itemised by date of refund. Click Refund details to see an itemisation of a specific refund.
