Target audience: Authorised intermediaries and intermediaries contemplating registration, both operational and technical persons. The topic can also be of interest to account operators and publicly listed companies paying dividends to nominee-registered shares.

The new procedure for dividends paid to nominee-registered shares by publicly listed companies has already been in use this spring dividend season. We will go through topical issues in the procedure for dividends paid to nominee-registered shares, but will mainly already look into the correction procedure of TRACE returns and Authorised Intermediaries' MyTax e-service authorisation.

Programme:

  • TRACE correction procedure and current technical issues related to TRACE
  • Topical issues in the procedure for dividends paid to nominee-registered shares from the perspective of annual reporting
  • Authorised Intermediaries’ authorisation to MyTax e-service – Authorised Intermediaries should apply for authorisation to MyTax e-service in order to receive and respond electronically possible requests related to TRACE returns (option to regular mail). We will go through why AIs should apply for authorisation and how to request this authorisation.
