Our sustainability activities aim to help taxpayers act responsibly and correctly.

We base our operations on a genuine customer orientation, customer understanding and customer engagement.

Fair taxation means that our activities are nationally harmonised, of a high quality and predictable for taxpayers.

Ensuring tax revenue for society is our most important task. We tackle the grey economy and thereby eliminate unhealthy competition.

We work with our stakeholders by listening to their needs and goals, and by engaging them in the development of our services.

One of the goals of our sustainability activities is to minimise the negative impact of our operations.
