Check our updated web pages

We are constantly updating and improving the Positive credit register’s web pages on the basis of customer feedback, for example. During the spring and summer of 2025, we have made major changes to the website, hoping to improve customer experience and make things easier to find. Here you will find a summary of the biggest changes we have made.

Landing pages help you find the most important information

We have made dedicated front pages for different target groups. On these ‘landing pages’, we have collected relevant information for each target group, making the contents easier to find.

The purpose of landing pages is to show important current information on sections’ front pages and thereby improve the customer experience. Relevant up-to-date information and instructions will be placed on the landing page whenever necessary.

New content in the FAQ for private individuals

We have added new questions and answers to the FAQ for private individuals based on questions often asked from our customer service. We have also added new answers as regards acceleration of loans, termination of loans, and debt arrangements. The FAQ will be further supplemented with questions about how the expansion of the register in December will affect private individuals. We will update the FAQ whenever we notice that certain themes appear frequently in customer feedback, for example.

Our documents are now easier to find

Software developers need our documentation in their work, so we wanted to make the documents easier to find and use. We created separate sections for documents regarding production and those regarding the second stage of the register so that it will be clearer to the user which documents they are using. You can find links to different contents on the landing page of the Documentation section.

All service breaks in one place

We centralised information regarding downtime and delivery reports of both production and stakeholder testing on one and the same page: Service breaks and delivery reports. From now on, you can find service break schedules and any delivery reports of both environments on the same page in the For software developers section.

Dedicated page for stakeholder events

We have previously presented current issues and information about our stakeholder events on the Current information about the register page. We have renamed the page, and it is now simply Stakeholder events. The page was also moved and can now be found under Newsroom in the Information about the register section. In the same place, you can find other up-to-date information.

Instructions for lenders on the second stage

We have also collected an information package about the second stage of the register for lenders. The new content provides a summary of how the second stage affects lenders that are currently reporting loan data to the register and how it affects new lenders that will be starting to report data. The page describes, for example, what is expected from lenders and how the APIs will change in December.

We will also publish a separate FAQ section for lenders, where you will find answers to questions commonly asked by lenders. We will update the FAQ whenever we discover that certain issues or questions start occurring frequently.

We have updated the pages for stakeholder testing

On the front page of Stakeholder testing, you will find a new landing page, through which you can easily access the most relevant stakeholder testing contents. We have also created a dedicated page for second-stage stakeholder testing. The page contains the main things that lenders starting to use the register and those already using the register should know about testing.
