Unscheduled service downtime in the Positive credit register’s e-service and APIs on Tuesday April 14 2026 from 7 am to 9 am. During the downtime, we will correct an error affecting the reporting of delayed amounts.

A disruption has been detected in the Positive credit register’s API. On account of the disruption, delayed amounts cannot be reported until they are 61 days late. We have pinpointed the problem and are making efforts to correct it.

  • Subscribe to our newsletter.

If you are your organisation’s new contact person, please sign up for stakeholder cooperation to automatically receive current information and invitations to our stakeholder events. Also fill in the sign-up form if you need to update your organisation’s contact information or want to remove your email address from our stakeholder mailing list at any time.

Stakeholder events in May

We will organise stakeholder events in May 2026 for lenders reporting data to or requesting data from the register. 

The stakeholder events will be held:

  • in Finnish on 19 May 2026 at 1.00–2.30 pm Finnish time
  • in English on 20 March 2026 at 1.00–2.30 pm Finnish time

We will send the Teams links automatically to stakeholders involved in the register’s stakeholder cooperation. If you are a new contact person, please submit your contact information using our stakeholder cooperation sign-up form.
