Downtime in MyTax in November

We have a service break in MyTax in November due to an annual system update. The service break will start on Friday 14 November at 5 pm (no log-in after 4.30 pm) and end on Tuesday 18 November at 8 am.

On Monday 17 November, we have limited service and can give only general guidance. A longer downtime is necessary to implement the system changes required by upcoming changes in corporate taxpayers’ tax payments.

IT developers, note the following effects of the November downtime:

  • Vero APIs will be unavailable between Friday 14 November 10 pm and Sunday 16 November 5 pm.
  • Ilmoitin.fi and returns from taxpayers’ systems through service providers: returns can be submitted normally during the service. Note, however, that:
    • they will not be processed at the Tax Administration until after the break
    • their received date is the same as the send date.
