Observation report Report a technical observation in the Incomes Register You can use this form to report a technical observation or malfunction to the Incomes Register Unit. The Incomes Register customer service advises you on matters relating to the use of the Incomes Register. If you wish to give feedback on the Incomes Register, please fill in the feedback form. The observation report is meant for data providers, i.e. payers, who report data to the Incomes Register. The observations provided on the form will be admitted to processing on weekdays from 8 am to 4.15 pm. The observations are processed within 3 to 5 weekdays. If you wish, you may also provide the Business ID of your company. Enter the Business ID of the company whose affairs the observation concerns. This information is not mandatory, but providing it will speed up and facilitate the processing of the observation.
