You can use this form to report technical issues in the Positive credit register.

The Positive credit register’s customer service advises you on matters relating to the use of the register. If you would like to give us feedback, fill in the feedback form.

All observations will be reviewed within 3–5 work days on average.

The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Please do not include any personal data such as your identity code or bank account number. If you wish, you can give your organisation’s Business ID. Give the Business ID of the organisation that the observation concerns. By adding the Business ID you will make the processing of the matter faster and easier.
