The certificate service’s observation form

Using this observation form, you can report any technical observations and disruptions in the Tax Administration’s certificate service.

Observations submitted using this form are processed on Mon–Fri between 8 am and 4 pm (GMT +2). All observations will be reviewed within 3–5 business days on average.

If you want to revoke a production certificate, do not complete the observation form, but read the instructions for revoking certificates
If your matter concerns test certificates, follow the specific testing instructions of the services concerned
