Application for refund of car tax based on disability (1217)
Use this form to apply for a car tax refund based on disability
- in advance, before purchasing the vehicle, or
- after the purchase, within six months from the date when the vehicle was first registered.
The return address is on the first page of the form.

If the Tax Administration does not have your address, for example if you live abroad, also submit the Notification of mailing address.
