The Chatbot button in MyTax is hiding other buttons. How can I fix this?

It has happened to many MyTax users that the Chatbot button covers other MyTax buttons. In this situation, it is difficult to turn the page or to finish completing a tax return, etc. because important buttons are hidden.

If the Chatbot button covers other buttons, you need to scroll the MyTax page downward. The button you need will appear again.
If you are filling in the spaces of a MyTax form in a new window, you should use the scroll bar on the edge to access the page under that window.
