Stakeholder events

You can receive current information about the register and our systems in different ways:

• Sign up for stakeholder cooperation by filling in our sign-up form.
• Check the Current issues section on the home page at regular intervals.
• Subscribe to our newsletter.

If you are your organisation’s new contact person, please sign up for stakeholder cooperation to automatically receive current information and invitations to our stakeholder events. Also fill in the sign-up form if you need to update your organisation’s contact information or want to remove your email address from our stakeholder mailing list at any time.

Stakeholder events in January about the second stage of the register 

We organise stakeholder events in January for lenders that report and request data in the second stage the register.

• 20 Januari 2026, 2 pm to 3.30 pm Finnish time (in Finnish)
• 22 Januari 2026, 2 pm to 3.30 pm Finnish time (in English)

Please note that we will be discussing new functionalities that will be introduced in the second stage, not the register’s current production use. Separate stakeholder events will be held about the production use. We will send Teams links to the events automatically to organisations that have signed up as the register's stakeholders. If you are a new contact person for stakeholder cooperation, submit your contact information to us by filling in the sign-up form.

Stakeholder events in March 2026 for production use

We will hold a stakeholder event for data notifiers and lenders requesting data from the register in March 2026. During the event, we will discuss current topics related to the register, as well as upcoming changes, schedules, and guidelines.

We will send Teams links to the events to stakeholders involved in the stakeholder cooperation for the register's production use. If you are a new contact person for stakeholder cooperation, please provide your contact information to us via the sign-up form.
