A technical error regarding the transfer of customer data has been detected in the Positive credit register. On account of the error, unjustified dates of death have been generated on credit register extracts for some customers. The false entries are shown both to lenders and private individuals but only on credit register extracts. So far, we have received individual observations about the error, and we are looking into the extent of the problem.

The root cause has been identified, and it has to do with the transfer of customer data through APIs to the register. We are sorry for the inconvenience and make every effort to correct the error as soon as possible.

If you detect the above error on your credit register extract, the quickest way to have it corrected is to fill in our observation form. You can also contact our customer service.
