Share your thoughts about the Positive credit register – fill in our customer experience survey no later than 30 September 2025

By answering our customer experience survey, you will help us gain valuable insight into user experiences and future development needs related to the Positive credit register. In the future, we will conduct the survey annually and use the results to develop our service.

The survey contains a few background questions, after which you can assess how we have succeeded and provide feedback on the register, its functionalities and use. The survey is open until 30 September 2025. You can respond to it in Finnish, Swedish or English.

The survey is aimed at all Positive credit register users. This means that you can respond to the survey as a private individual using the register to check their data or manage a voluntary ban on credit. We also wish to get responses from lenders who use the register for reporting information or utilising data, as well as from public authorities and credit information companies.

Your responses will be processed anonymously and safely. Thank you for responding - your opinion means a lot to us!
