We are investigating the problem and make every effort to correct it as soon as possible. We will provide more information as soon as it is available.

An error with updating data to the register in June

POP Pankki has reported an error with updating data to the Positive credit register. Due to this, deficient or faulty credit information has been generated to some credit register extracts requested between 15 June and 29 June. The problem in data transfer has been corrected and the data in the register is up to date. We regret any inconvenience the issue may have caused to users.

Pop Pankki customer – how this affects you

  • If you have not applied for a credit between 15 June 2025 and 29 June 2025, you do not need to do anything.
  • If you have applied for a credit between 15 June 2025 and 29 June 2025, we recommend that you log in to our e-service and use the “Check my credit register extract” feature. If you notice any faulty data, and you suspect that the faulty information may have affected the way your loan application was handled, please contact your lender.
