The incident affecting the processing of reported data has been corrected – the investigation of errors is ongoing

2/9/2026

The error in the Positive credit register that affected the processing of reported data was corrected on 6 February. After that, no new errors have occurred in the processing of data batches.

Between 28 January and 6 February 2026, some data batches were stuck in the Processing mode, and because of this, some private individuals’ loan data in the register may be incomplete. We are investigating the situation regarding the stuck batches together with lenders. We are also investigating whether incorrect data has been disclosed on credit register extracts. We will inform any lenders that have received incorrect data of the matter and send a letter to all individuals whose data has been incomplete or inaccurate.

Lenders can use the Checking loan data API to check the loan data they have reported to the register. In addition, they should check the processing status of each batch by requesting a processing response in the Processing response API.
