Disruption in the reporting of delayed amounts – for the time being, you cannot report a delay until the amount is 61 days late

4/9/2026

A disruption has been detected in the Positive credit register’s API. On account of the disruption, delayed amounts reported by lenders generate an error message if they are reported when they are 60 days late. The disruption started on 1 April 2026.

For the time being, delayed amounts cannot be reported until they are 61 days late. Delayed amounts reported sooner will generate an error message. We have pinpointed the error but correcting it requires service downtime. We will inform you by a banner and a system information bulletin as soon as we know the downtime schedule.

We recommend that lenders should check whether delayed amounts they have reported after 1 April have generated an error. If so, the amounts need to be re-reported.
