Disruption in the APIs for reporting new loans and changes to loans – extra service downtime on 20 August 2026

We informed about a disruption in the Positive credit register’s APIs for reporting new loans and changes to loans on 14 and 17 August 2026. Because of the disruption individual reports submitted by lenders failed to be recorded in the register. 

The disruption started on 12 August 2026. We have pinpointed the root cause, but resolving the problem requires a service downtime. The downtime will take place on Thursday 20 August 2026 at 07.00–08.00. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
