Record of personal data processing in the project to establish a positive credit register
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Article 30.
The project to establish a positive credit register collects and stores contact information of persons for the purpose of communications tasks.
The project to establish a positive credit register started developing the system on 1 October 2020. Stakeholder representatives participate in the design and development of the register.
