The Tax Administration in Helsinki is moving – as of June, you can find us at Suomi-piste in Pasila

On account of the move, the service point at Hämeentie, Helsinki will close on Friday 29 May at 12 noon.  Cash payments are not accepted at Hämeentie on 28 and 29 May. 

Starting on 1 June 2026, the Tax Administration will be available to you at Suomi-piste, the joint service point for public administration services, at Pasila Government Agency Centre, Ratapihantie 7, Helsinki. Enter the Suomi-piste service point through Veturitori. Accessible entry is available through Opastinsilta 12 B (take a lift to K1). 

Suomi-piste is open at 8–16 on weekdays, but the first hour of each day (8–9) is only for document deliveries and general guidance. The Tax Administration’s service points are available at 9–16 on weekdays. Note that in most cases, you can take care of your tax matters in MyTax or by calling the Tax Administration’s telephone service. 

In addition to the Tax Administration’s services, the Suomi-piste in Helsinki also provides services of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency, Finnish Supervisory Agency, National Land Survey of Finland and International House Helsinki (IHH). 

The public administration’s joint Suomi-piste service points are primarily for customers who cannot manage their matters electronically and need help in the use of digital services. The Suomi-piste service points provide services of government agencies, Kela and wellbeing services counties. The range of services is under contstant development, and at the beginning, the services available at individual service points may vary.
