We are trying out a new way to ask for feedback. Your answers and feedback input will be useful only for purposes related to service improvement. Feedback has no connection with any tax affairs in process.
Our questions to you in MyTax are focused on the usability of the tax card and prepayment request, and on whether the texts of requests for additional information are easy to understand.

The feedback link is available to the taxpayers who apply for a tax card and to those who send us an answer to a request for additional information.
