Helsinki service point

Our service point is busy at the moment. You can manage your taxes in MyTax or call our telephone service. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Make sure to bring the documents you need and your identity card with you.

This service point has a queue number machine. When we are having a busy time, the machine will stop giving out tickets before closing time.

    Accessible entry is available through Opastinsilta (the Aurinkoraitti lobby), take the B lift/elevator down to level K1.

    You can visit the service point via the main entrance on the Veturitori side. Accessible entry is available through Opastinsilta (the Aurinkoraitti lobby), take the B lift/elevator down to level K1. Parking spaces for visitors are located in the indoor car park, Asemapäällikönkatu 11.  After parking your car, you can access the Suomi service point via the lobby — take the B lift/elevator down to level K1.

Appointments

Appointments to service points can only be booked through our telephone service. Choose the service number that suits your topic and book an appointment by calling. Check the service numbers.

Help

  • You will need your e-bank codes or mobile certificate if you want to manage your tax matters on a computer in the self-service area.
  • You can pay taxes in cash or by a debit-type bank card up to 15:00 (3 pm) at the service point.  Taxes cannot be paid with cash or debit cards at the service point on 28–29 May 2026.
  • Send the completed forms and other documents by post. See the postal addresses.
  • You can drop off your documents in the mailbox on the outside wall of the service point.
  • International House Helsinki assists international employees, self-employed international newcomers, and students. Customers can get information about taxation in Finland and apply for a tax card. IHH also provides consultation and guidance for employers on matters related to taxation, their international workforce and international recruitment.
