- You will need your e-bank codes or mobile certificate if you want to manage your tax matters on a computer in the self-service area.
- You can drop off your documents in the mailbox outside the tax office on the second floor of the office building.

The service point does not register Suomi.fi authorisations, nor does it approve authorisation requests. However, identification for Suomi.fi authorisation applications is possible. You can also deliver applications and documents related to Suomi.fi authorisations to our service point. We will forward them to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency for processing.
