Notice on change of destination – Fallback procedure of the Excise Movement and Control System (EMCS) (1464e)

Use this form to prepare a notice on change of destination in the EMCS fallback procedure. Store a copy of the notice on change of destination in your own accounting records. Once the system is available again, submit the notice on change of destination by saving the information given on the fallback document in the EMCS system in MyTax or via the Vero API. When saving the information in EMCS, also state that the notice on change of destination was originally prepared in the fallback procedure.
