Declaration of use of a vehicle to be registered in Finland 1220e
You can use this form to submit a declaration of use of a vehicle, if you are taking the vehicle into taxable use before registering it in Finland. Note that submitting the declaration of use does not entitle you to use the vehicle exempt from tax.

If the Tax Administration does not have your address, for example if you live abroad, also submit the Notification of mailing address.
