Declaration of a foreign student’s tax-exempt vehicle use (1245e)
This form allows you to submit the declaration of tax-exempt use, if you live permanently abroad but are a full-time student in Finland.

If the Tax Administration does not have your address, for example if you live abroad, also submit the Notification of mailing address.
