Declaration of 14 days tax-exempt operation of an EEA vehicle (1230)
Use this form to submit a notification of use for an EEA vehicle for 14 days of tax-exempt use. You can find the return address on the first page of the form.
If the Tax Administration does not have your address, for example if you live abroad, also submit the Notification of mailing address.
