Application for entry in the register of authorised intermediaries (6920 and 6921) Forms

You can use these forms to request entry in the register of authorised intermediaries and to notify the Tax Administration of any changes to your registration or of the termination of your activities. If you are requesting entry in the register, use Form 6920. If you are making changes to your registration or terminating it, use Form 6921.

Send the completed form to the address stated on it or by secure e-mail. If you wish to use the secure e-mail, send a regular e-mail to financialsector(a)vero.fi. We will then send you instructions on how to submit the application.
