Can I ask about my taxes in MyTax?

You can manage almost all your taxes yourself in My Tax. For support and help, visit the vero.fi website, start chatting with Virtanen the chatbot, or contact the Tax Administration’s telephone service. Virtanen is able to answer many frequently asked questions about taxes and about using MyTax. The chatbot is available in MyTax and vero.fi. In general, you can get an answer to your question quickly using the chatbot or the telephone service.

You can no longer use MyTax for sending messages to the Tax Administration. However, corporate taxpayers such as limited companies – including public limited companies – will still have the message feature enabled.

Unfortunately, because of the Tax Administration’s cost savings, we offer a less extensive service for taxpayers than before. MyTax messaging only works in situations where an employee of the Tax Administration needs to contact a taxpayer.
