Can I ask about my taxes in MyTax or by email?
You can manage most of your tax matters yourself in MyTax. If you need help, go to the vero.fi website or contact chatbot Virtanen or our telephone service. Our chat and telephone service usually answer questions quickly. Virtanen can answer the most frequently asked questions about taxes and MyTax. The chatbot is available both in MyTax and on vero.fi.
If needed, you can send a message in MyTax to ask for advice on tax returns and tax payments.
We do not recommend email for managing taxes because the regular email service is not sufficiently protected for the processing of personal matters. If you use email, use the secure email service if necessary.
