We are gathering information on the usability and user-friendliness of the Positive credit register’s website through a visitor survey. We conduct the survey annually and use the results to develop our website.

The survey includes a few background questions, after which you can assess the clarity of our website, the comprehensibility of the text and content and how easy it is to find information. The survey is open until 11 June 2026. You can respond to it in Finnish, Swedish or English.

Can you find the information and instructions you need?

In our website visitor survey, we would like to hear your views on, for example, whether you can find the information you need on our website, and whether it is presented clearly and comprehensibly. The survey is aimed at all those who visit our website. You can complete the survey, for example, as a private individual visiting our website to find out more about the register and how it works. We would also like to hear from lenders and public authorities who use our website, for example to search for guidance.

Please note that, in this survey, we are specifically seeking feedback on our website, not on the content or usability of our online service – you will have the opportunity to evaluate our online service and the general functionality of the register in a separate survey this autumn.
