The Positive credit register’s website is felt to be clear and easy to understand
8/27/2026In May–June, we carried out a customer survey regarding the Positive credit register’s website. According to the survey results, our website is clear and easy to use, and the information provided is easy to understand. Some development targets were found, however, especially as regards the register’s data content and its updatedness. Many thanks to all respondents – your responses will help us continue improving the website.
The survey is carried out annually
This was the second time that we asked the Positive credit register’s website users to tell us about their experiences. In the survey, customers can state their opinion of our website and assess the structure of the website and its ease-of-use, clarity and layout. The survey was open on our website from 11 May to 11 June 2026. We received 308 responses altogether, and the number of open responses and feedback was 237 in total. Almost 99 per cent of the respondents were private individuals.
We take all the responses into account as we continue to improve our website and, where necessary, our e-service. Our objective is that the website would serve all customer groups and that our e-service would provide a reliable, up-to-date view for controlling one’s finances.
Our website is clear and easy to use, and its content is easy to understand
The register’s website received praise from users. It was regarded as clear, reliable and easy to use. Clear language, good instructions and accessibility also attracted positive feedback.
“Clear and quick”
“Helps keep track of your situation. Allows you to monitor how things progress.”
“Some pages are clear, compact and to the point; the information you need is quick to find and easy to understand.”
“Very clear, and easy to navigate.”
The overall score rose from last year from 7 to 7.4. The median remained unchanged and was 8. Around 65% of the respondents gave an overall score of 8–10 for our website.
In the survey, customers also rated the following statements on a scale of 1–7. The value provided is the average of the responses.
- The website has a clear structure: 5.4 (the same as in 2025)
- Navigating the website is easy: 5.4 (the same as in 2025)
- Finding information: 5.4 (up by 0.1 from 2025)
- Text comprehensibility: 5.5 (up by 0.1 from 2025)
- Pleasant layout: 5.2 (down by 0.1 from 2025)
- Managing affairs successfully: “I was able to manage my case”: 5.5 (up by 0.2 from 2025)
Our e-service is clear and functional
Based on the feedback we received, our e-service’s strengths include the overall view to one’s finances provided by the service. The voluntary ban on credits also received praise from respondents: it is seen as a simple, useful tool that helps safeguard personal data.
“The voluntary ban on credits is quick to set.”
“Everything is clearly presented, and loans are neatly divided into different categories. The total amount of debt is also shown clearly. It’s good to have this service – thank you!”
However, the responses also raised a few development challenges as regards our e-service and the register’s data content. The users wished that data would be updated to our e-service more quickly. According to the responses, it takes rather long for lenders to remove loans that have terminated and correct inaccurate data:
“Loan data should be updated more often, for example daily or at least once a week.”
“Loan data should be updated more quickly: you could ask lenders to update data immediately as things change.”
We will continue to remind lenders of the time limits for reporting data so that the data available in the e-service would be accurate and up to date.
Our development efforts continue
The survey responses included plenty of good suggestions and ideas how to develop both the website and the e-service. We will continue to improve our website based on the feedback we received. We will also take into account the feedback we received about our e-service so that our customers’ service experience would further improve. Some of the suggestions for improvement are already in the pipeline.
Thanks again to all respondents – your feedback will help us improve our website and the whole register.
