4/15/2026Our testing environments will remain available for testing purposes. You still have two stakeholder testing environments at your disposal.
Testing is important because it allows lenders to ensure that their systems will also be compatible with the Positive credit register in the future.
The names of the testing environments have changed
You will still have two separate stakeholder testing environments at your disposal. However, we have updated the names of the environments to be better in line with the purpose of use. The new names and purposes of use of the testing environments are:
ExtTest
- Former Stage 1 stakeholder testing environment
- Mainly corresponds to the register in production. Use this environment when you want to test functionalities currently in production.
- The API addresses contain the text “api-testi”.
ExtTest2
- Former Stage 2 stakeholder testing environment
- Mainly introduces future changes to be made to the register. Use this environment when you want to test and prepare for changes to be introduced into the register.
- The API addresses contain the text “api-testi2”.

We have updated the instructions on stakeholder testing available on our website. For example, we have deleted references to the different stages of the register. In addition, we have changed the names of the testing environments to be in line with what is stated above. The instructions have also been clarified.
The changes made are illustrative in nature and have no effect on the actual testing. The use of the APIs, the testing procedures and the technical requirements have not changed. Read our updated instructions:
