Car tax return on EU vehicle or diplomatic vehicle (1203e)

This car tax return has to be filed when a diplomatic or EU vehicle has been exempted from tax and the taxpayer sells or transfers the vehicle to somebody else before the 3-year transfer restriction period has expired.
