VAT refund application, NATO international military staff and other institutions (Form 6170e) Forms

You can use this form to apply for refunds of value-added tax to be granted to international military headquarters of NATO located in Finland, their staff and the staff’s family members. The exemptions from taxes and duties are based on the Paris Protocol to the NATO SOFA and on the Supplementary Agreement. You can use this form for refunds of VAT also if you are part of the forces of other EU Member States and other states in the North Atlantic treaty.
