Application form for refunds of excise duty – for use by military organisations (Form 1461e) Forms

You can use this form to apply for refunds of excise duties to be granted to international military headquarters of NATO located in Finland, their staff and the staff’s family members. The exemptions from taxes and duties are based on the Paris Protocol to the NATO SOFA and on the Supplementary Agreement.  The form is also used by the armed forces of other NATO countries stationed in Finland.
