Cover page for advance ruling, special permit or guidance application (7300e, 7301e)

You can apply for an advance ruling in MyTax.

Submit your application in MyTax

If you submit your application on paper, enclose this cover page with your application for advance ruling, special permit or written guidance on VAT or insurance premium tax from the Tax Administration. This cover page should be stacked as the first page. It should not be used with applications for advance rulings to the Central Tax Board.

You can follow the processing of your request in MyTax: Go to the Tax matters tab, select Status of returns and requests and then View the processing status.
