Bank account notice – non-IBAN (7201e) Forms

With this form you can submit a non-IBAN account number to the Tax Administration so as to receive payments of tax refunds. The form is designed for foreign taxpayers who have bank accounts that do not have IBAN numbering.

Please first fill in the form by computer, then print it when all the entries are completed. Don't forget to authorize it with your signature. Send the form back to the address printed on it.
