Unscheduled service downtime in the Positive credit register’s e-service and APIs on Tuesday April 14 2026 from 7 am to 9 am. During the downtime, we will correct an error affecting the reporting of delayed amounts.

A disruption has been detected in the Positive credit register’s API. On account of the disruption, delayed amounts cannot be reported until they are 61 days late. We have pinpointed the problem and are making efforts to correct it.

  • The maximum number of characters in the open response fields in the data permission application has been increased. You can now enter longer and more comprehensive responses in the fields.
