Unscheduled service downtime in the Positive credit register’s e-service and APIs on Tuesday April 14 2026 from 7 am to 9 am. During the downtime, we will correct an error affecting the reporting of delayed amounts.

A disruption has been detected in the Positive credit register’s API. On account of the disruption, delayed amounts cannot be reported until they are 61 days late. We have pinpointed the problem and are making efforts to correct it.

A new version of the system has been released to the stakeholder testing environment.

Corrections to the previous implementation

Authorities – Loan reports

  • A correction has been made to the Loan reports data content of authority services. The correction concerns incorrectly generated identifiers specifying borrowers and reassignees. Because of the error, all the borrowers or reassignees contained in the data had the same identifier, even in cases where multiple Business IDs were requested. The error affected the following services: Loan report flow and Targeted reports on loans.
