We have an unscheduled service downtime in the Positive credit register’s e-service and APIs on Wednesday, 10 June 2026, from 7 am to 8 am. During the downtime, we will correct an error detected in the New loans API.

Stakeholder testing: delivery report 26 February 2024

A new version of the system has been released to the stakeholder testing environment.

Corrections to the previous implementation

 Lenders – Requests for credit register extracts 

  •  Deferment periods ending on the current date were erroneously not returned on credit register extracts. This has now been corrected.

Known defects

Lenders – Reporting data on loan contracts  

  • A loan may have been incorrectly saved in the register in situations where the type of batch submitter identifier differs from the type of certificate identifier. In these situations, a wrong error message was generated on the processing response: error D40 'CountryCode is missing. This data element is required if Type of ID code is Foreign business ID.'
