Service break for the Incomes Register's stakeholder testing environment on 18 December, 4 pm – 11 December, 8 am.

New features in Incomes Register: the e-service prompts a session timeout warning and service providers can request reconciliation records on behalf of payers

12/29/2023

The Incomes Register’s e-service will prompt a timeout warning before the session expires.

You will be automatically logged out from the service if you do not go from one page to another through the page menu within 30 minutes.

A message will be shown to you 10 minutes before the session expires. If you click “Continue” in the message, you can continue to use the service without needing to log in again.

Request record 312 on behalf of another organisation

You can now authorise an accounting firm, for example, to request and retrieve the payer’s reconciliation record “312 Summary of payer’s earnings payment data” on your behalf.

The accounting firm or other service provider will require separate authorisation for the record: “Ordering and retrieving records related to the payer’s earnings payment data”.

The authorisation can only be granted for a company or organisation. Authorisations are granted in the Suomi.fi e-Authorizations service.

With this authorisation, another organisation can request and retrieve record 312 (one-off subscription) or 313 (recurrent subscription) through the interface on your behalf. The authorisation only gives the right to act on your behalf in the technical interface. In addition, the authorised organisation requires an SFTP API and certificate.
