Changes to transcripts: You can subscribe to a separate transcript of absence data

11/16/2023

You can check the data you have reported to the Incomes Register by subscribing to a transcript or record. These include all the data you have submitted through all reporting channels during a specific time range.

You can now also subscribe to a transcript of the absence data you have submitted in earnings payment reports. The new transcript is entitled “Summary of payer’s absence data”.

Subscribe the transcript in the e-service

If you want to open a transcript in PDF format, request the 634 transcript (pdf). If you want to process a transcript in a spreadsheet program (such as Excel), request the 636 transcript (csv). You can also select the transcript language (Finnish, Swedish or English).

Select the time range of payment date or the time range of absences as the query parameter for the record subscription.

  • If you select the time range of absences, reports in which at least one day of the time period for reporting absences or absence period is in the given time range are selected for the record or transcript.
  • If you want to arrange absences according to the payment date, select the time range of payment date as the query parameter.

New query parameter for transcripts of earnings payment data: submitter type specifier

When you subscribe to transcripts and select “Payer” as the submitter type, the transcript will include the reports in which your organisation was the payer or the actual employer in substitute payer situations.

You can use the submitter type specifier to filter the subscription so that the transcript only includes payments made by your organisation or those made by a substitute payer.

If you do not enter any specifier, all payments will be selected for the record, separated into payments made by your organisation and those made by a substitute payer.

The query parameter can be used in the following transcripts of earnings payment data:

  • "Summary of payer’s earnings payment data" (600 PDF or 630 CSV)
  • "Income type specific summary of payer’s earnings payment reports" (618 CSV).
