Identification for the e-service

You can log in to the Incomes Register's e-service by clicking the link 'Incomes Register sign in' on the top of the incomesregister.fi page. You must identify for each session. Strong authentication is required for identification.

You can identify for the e-service with online banking codes, a mobile certificate, or a certificate card.

Online banking codes

You can get online banking codes by making an agreement with your bank. You can identify for the e-service with the online banking codes of the following banks:

  • Osuuspankki
  • Nordea
  • Danske Bank
  • Handelsbanken
  • Ålandsbanken
  • S-Pankki
  • Aktia
  • POP Pankki
  • Säästöpankki
  • Oma Säästöpankki

You can only use personal online banking codes for identification. You cannot identify for the Incomes Register's e-service with the online banking codes of a company, for example.

Mobile certificate

A mobile certificate is an electronic ID in the SIM card of a mobile phone with which you can verify your identity. Certain mobile phone operators offer mobile certificates.

Certificate card

The electronic identity card issued by the Police and the organisation card and ID card for regulated healthcare professionals issued by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency are certificate cards.

In order to identify with a certificate card, you need a card reader and card reader software.
