Role-based access to the Incomes Register for holders of procuration rights
1/21/2025The holders of procuration rights will be granted the right to use the Incomes Register e-service directly based on their designated role. The extension of access rights will take effect on 1 March 2025.
Individuals with procuration rights have the right to act on behalf of the payer without a separate authorisation. This right covers transactions such as:
- Browsing, submitting, correcting and cancelling the payer’s notifications
- Ordering reports
This change applies to companies and corporate entities whose holders of procuration rights have the right to sole representation.
Monitoring access rights in the Incomes Register
Companies and organisations should regularly monitor their organisational access rights.
For monitoring access rights, the organisation can order a ‘Payer’s access log data’ report from the Incomes Register. From the report, the organisation can check how the e-service has been used on its behalf.
The report is ordered in the telephone service and delivered by post. The report can be ordered on one individual or all the individuals acting on behalf of the organisation. The time range for the report can be up to three months.
