Changes to record 312: When ordering the record, you can select the sum amounts in the employer’s separate report or use the record owner’s record reference as a query criterion
1/21/2026Payers using the SFTP channel can order a summary of the earnings payment data with record 312 Summary of payer’s earnings payment data.
You can now also have the record include the sum amounts in the employer’s separate reports for each target period. In this case, the record will also contain a monthly summary showing the number of employer’s separate reports, the amount of health insurance contributions, the deductions made and the reports with the “No wages payable” entry.
The record helps to reconcile data and detect any errors more easily than before.
You can use the record reference of the owner of the earnings payment record as a query criterion
If you want a summary of the earnings payment data from a specific earnings payment record, you can use the record reference of the owner of the earnings payment record as the query criterion in the order. In this case, only the sum amounts in the record in question are extracted to the record.
Please note that it is not possible to order a summary of an employer’s separate notifications using the record owner’s record reference.
In addition to record 312, we offer various reports for checking earnings payment data
If you want to view earnings payment data in PDF format, order report 600 Summary of payer’s earnings payment data (one-off order, pdf). If you want to process a report in a spreadsheet program, order report 630 Summary of payer’s earnings payment data (one-off order, csv).
Reports 600 and 630 contain the same data. In addition to the sum amounts of the earnings payment reports, they contain the sum amounts from the employer’s separate reports.
If you want to reconcile by income recipient or type of income, order report 618 Income type specific summary of payer’s earnings payment reports (one-off order, csv).
