Submit an application for using the technical interface
When you wish to start using the Incomes Register's technical interface, you must submit an application for using the technical interface. You also need to submit an application when you wish to start using any new channels of the technical interface or when you start using the interface for some new purpose, for example, if you start reporting the wages paid by another company in addition to the wages paid by your own company.
The user of the technical interface also needs a certificate with which to identify the organisation using the interface. This also ensures the integrity of the data. First, fill in the application for using the technical interface. After this, you can move on to fill in the certificate application.
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
The application is submitted by the organisation that will be using the system from which the technical interface has been established to the Incomes Register. The technical interface user can be the company itself, its accounting firm or another outsourced payroll administration partner.
Purpose of use of the interface
Select the purpose of use of the interface. Organisations can report their own data to the Incomes Register or act on behalf of another party. If an organisation, e.g. an accounting firm, reports data to the Incomes Register on behalf of a company, the two parties must have a valid contract. If necessary, you may select several options.
If your organisation reports benefits payment data, confirm the reporting of benefits payment data in the section Settings. After this, the organisation can select the reporting of benefits payment data in addition to the reporting of earnings payment data as the purpose of use of the interface. Only organisations that pay pensions or benefits or report benefits payment data to the Incomes Register on behalf of a payer as of 1 January 2021 can confirm the reporting of benefits payment data.
Select the channels you wish to use. An organisation can use the same application for subscribing to several channels. If you are not sure which channels to use, please check with your organisation.
Replacement application for using a new channel
If your organisation is already using the technical interface and you are now filling in a replacement application for using new channels or in order to apply for a new purpose of use, your organisation's existing channels and purposes of use are pre-completed on the application. If you clear the pre-completed sections, your organisation's access right to the previously selected channels and purposes of use will expire.
Check the details you have entered and submit the application
Before submitting the application, check the details you have entered. The system will inform you when the application has been submitted successfully.
Next, click Apply for a certificate to subscribe to the certificate required to use the technical interface.
